This residential development, located at 111–113 Mellish Street in London, aimed to improve both the appearance and performance of the building’s exterior. The project was led by Claritas Group, with Online Metal Store Ltd supplying the aluminium coping and panel systems. Selecting Systems
The system chosen for this project included a 2mm aluminium sloped coping and a 3mm aluminium flat panel, both designed to offer long-lasting protection and a clean, contemporary look. These components were selected for their durability, ease of installation, and suitability for residential environments. To complement the building’s surroundings and create a soft, natural finish, the system was powder coated in RAL 6011 Reseda Green. This colour choice helped to blend the new elements seamlessly with the overall aesthetic of the property while ensuring long-term resistance to weathering and fading.
