Delivery Dates & Times

Please note: While we aim to deliver promptly, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

In some cases, Online Metal Store Ltd may use trusted third-party couriers to fulfil orders. Please be aware that we are not liable for any delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

Delivery Errors

We kindly ask that you inspect your goods upon delivery to ensure everything is correct and in good condition. If any damage or issues are identified, please accept the delivery, clearly note the issue on the delivery paperwork, and contact us immediately on +44 7907 239290. Please be aware that failure to record the issue on the paperwork may impact our ability to process damage claims.

Delivery Vehicle & Handling

For smaller orders, items are securely packaged in protective materials, typically in bundles weighing no more than 25kg each, and delivered by a standard courier. These will be placed as close as reasonably possible to the delivery address.

For larger orders, goods are wrapped onto pallets and delivered via a dedicated courier. Please ensure there are adequate people on-site to assist with unloading, as drivers are not responsible for offloading palletised goods.

Important: Due to the length and weight of some products, we recommend two people handle longer items to avoid injury. Online Metal Store Ltd is not liable for any injuries sustained during self-offloading.

Site Access

Please ensure clear and safe access to the delivery location on the agreed date. If you anticipate access difficulties (e.g. narrow driveways, height restrictions, or offloading limitations), please inform our customer service team when placing your order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues that were not disclosed in advance, a re-delivery charge may apply.
